The Raymond Soccer Club is one of the largest volunteer-run youth sports programs in Southern NH.  The Club's mission is to provide soccer training and education to children of all ages in an environment of good sportsmanship and fair play.

The object of this organization shall be to promote and provide quality soccer activities for the community of Raymond; to foster a positive environment for the physical and emotional development of the youth of Raymond; and to instill the spirit of sportsmanship.    

Philosophy  
Raymond soccer club’s philosophy is to develop youth soccer players both physically & emotionally in a challenging atmosphere of good sportsmanship.

•  Have Fun · Practices & games should be fun – when the game stops being fun players & coaches may get frustrated and eventually leave the game. 

• Focus on long-term player development, not winning games ·      Coaches should use age appropriate games & activities during practices. ·        

• Developmental program players should play for equal duration during games · Encourage players to play all positions.  This will help with their overall development as soccer players. 
• Provide opportunities for players with increased skill level who are seeking a competitive atmosphere

• Emphasize teamwork, respect and fair play · Soccer is a great way for players to achieve a sense of accomplishment through mastery of skills.
